five ingredient fillos and fabuloso

Anna strikes again. She had a few girls over to her house the other night and served the best appetizer. I ate at least 20 of them. You know I had to get all up in her business and ask for the recipe. I was excited when she told me there are only five ingredients, and they are super easy. Here goes…

1 can of Rotel (drained)
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup of mayo
1/3 cup Real Bacon pieces
2-3 packages of Athens Mini Fillo Shells

Mix the first four ingredients together, and stuff it in the the fillo shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While you are buying the fillo shells, grab a couple of extra boxes and make these yummies for Thanksgiving.

If you have never used blue (Ocean Paradise) Fabuloso, you’ve got to try it. My bud Candace told me about it several years ago, and I have been hooked ever since. I’m not sure what the intended use is, but pour a cup or two into your toilets and your house will smell… well, fabulous. Seriously, if you add some before you leave for the day your house will smell clean and paradise-y when you get home. If you are lucky you can find it at Target or Walmart. It must be catching on, or an ingredient in meth, because it seems to be harder and harder to come by.

If you have an easy, delicious recipe or a faux cleaning tip you are willing to share, email me at me@thewowie.com or leave a comment below. I hope you are having a great week.
